RETURNS AND REFUNDS (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To finalise your return, we require proof of purchase or proof of purchase. Please do not send your goods back to the manufacturer.
Customers only have to pay once for shipping costs (this includes returns); there is no restocking fee for returning a product.

Return Process: Please contact us at info@hoohooshop.com and state the reason for the return. Regardless of the reason, please include product photos in the email.

Customer transport costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return.

Cancellations of orders:

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@johnsonhoo.com.
